Байшоланова Карлыгаш Советовна
Position И.о. профессора
After graduating from the Republic Physics and
Mathematics School, she was admitted to the de-partment
of Applied mathematics and mechanics at KazSU named
after S. M. Kirov in 1982. She worked as an engineer at
the NAD «System engineering» of the Ministry of
Instrument Engineering of the USSR. She was admitted to
Kazakh National Economic University named after T.
Ryskulov in 1993. She worked as Dean’s Deputy for
Academic Affairs at the Faculty of «Accounting and
Information Technologies» in 2003 and the Faculty of
«Engineering and Economics» in 2005 and 2006. She
defended her Ph.D. thesis related to «Economic and
mathematics methods 08.00.13» in 2000. In 1994, she was
twice an awarder of scientific and youth competitions
held jointly with the University «Toko Shoku» (Japan).
She was a main specialist of the HAС of the Ministry of
Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She was also in charge of political, philosophical,
sociological and historic sciences and culturology. In
2009-2011 she was a head of the department of
Economical theory. She was a head of the department of
the Market Infrastructure in 2011. She defended her
doctoral thesis on the topic «Economic and theoretical
aspects of functioning and development of electronic
business» in 2010. She was a pro-rector for teaching
and methodical work of Kazakh automobile and road
academy named after Gonchareva L.B. in 2013-2015. She
was a head of the Department of State Order and
Coordination of Activities of Universities of the
Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. She has been a professor and a deputy head
of the department «Information Systems» of the Faculty
of Mechanics and Mathematics at Al-Farabi Kazakh
National University. She is an owner of the state grant
«The best University Teacher» of the Ministry of
Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in
2006 and 2012, an Honored Worker of Science and
Education (SAE), a Corresponding Member of the Russian
Academy of Natural Sciences; a member of the
Association «Eurasian Economic Club of Scientists» and
a member of the party «Nur Otan» and a head of the
election committee department №82. She has published
160 works including such books as «National Economics»
(a co-author), «An economic theory», «Business and
industrial information systems», «A theory of
Information Systems», «Innovation business», monography
«Electronic business», typical programs on cours
